Gemma (the real one) and I used to spend a lot of time answering employee or line manager’s HR-related questions. Everything that was hidden away in paragraph 2, subsection 6 of the employee handbook or question number 3000 of the FAQs. It turns out that we weren’t alone.

The average HR professional spends 10 hours per week answering employee queries. The answers are important to the employees but aren’t where the real HR work is done.

So we decided to create an AI HR chatbot that acts as the first port of call for employee HR queries and allows HR professionals to reclaim precious time.
